Kathryn Fletcher Henley

Kathryn Henley is the owner. She received her Bachelor’s of Science as well as her Master’s of Arts in Biology from the University of North Florida. In her studies, her degree focused on Molecular/Cell Biology and Biotechnology. While at UNF Kathryn performed intense research on the mouse retina.
Kathryn taught as a graduate teaching assistant while completing her masters degree. She was nominated for Outstanding Undergraduate Educator during her time there. During and after earning her Masters, she began teaching lecture and laboratory courses at nursing colleges in the Jacksonville area. As a formal instructor, she has taught everything from General Biology to Anatomy and Physiology to Microbiology, and much more. While there she received the Faculty of the Year award for the State of Florida from FAPSC. Kathryn has been tutoring since High School and has a plethora of experience to offer in all subjects.
Kathryn is a highly motivated, intelligent, and caring individual which has garnered her the following accolades:
-Outstanding Undergraduate Research Award 2010-2011
- Making a Difference award- Fortis College- 2016
-Teacher of year for the State of Florida from FAPSC- 2016
Amy Pahota
Amy Pahota is our office manager. She handles the scheduling, billing, and everyday operations.
She got her AA from Florida State College of Jacksonville. She has known Kathryn for 20 years and is excited to be a part of a company that focuses on individual educational development.
She and her husband, Ryan, are the proud parents of their children, Luke and Naomi. She spends her time between family, church, friends, and chasing their Sulcata tortoise and 2 dogs.

Patty Ganzelli
Areas of concentration: English, Language Arts, Creative Writing, Essay Writing, Spanish

Patty graduated from the University of North Florida in 2013 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both English and Spanish. She has been tutoring in these subjects for more than 10 years and is excited to continue helping students learn in ways that are personalized to their unique learning style. In addition to her experience in the nonprofit industry, Patty has worked in the Duval County School System as a high school English Honors and Pre-AICE English teacher as well as a Standardized Testing Coordinator.

Patty was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but has been living in Jacksonville most of her life. In her free time, she loves to watch movies, paint, read, play board games, and play with her orange cat, Dipper.

Artina Coma

Areas of concentration: Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Statistics, English, German, SAT/ACT prep.

Artina is a Connecticut native and earned her bachelors at Southern Connecticut State University. After graduating, she has been in public education serving many roles. After being a paraprofessional and teaching assistant for 8 years, she received her Masters in Ed in School Counseling at Univeristy of North Florida. She has enjoyed her time as a school counselor but misses being in the classroom.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking on the beach at sunrise, playing ultimate frisbee, and is an avid soccer fan.

Chelsea Hall
Areas of concentration: All Elementary Subjects, Algebra 1 and 2, English, Reading Comprehension, Creative and Essay Writing, History, ACT and SAT prep.

Chelsea has her Bachelor’s in Science in Political Science and Sociology from Florida State University (Tallahassee) and am Master’s in Business Administration with specialization in management from St. Thomas University (Miami). She has been an educator for 10 years teaching all core subjects (reading, language arts, math,science, social studies , writing, literature). Outside of teaching she has been tutoring for several years. Her passion is teaching and encouraging students through engaging hands-on activities that spark their love for lifetime learning. She loves learning, traveling, reading, and making memories with her daughter and dog. She looks forward to being your teammate in ensuring your child's educational success.

Rami Harb

Areas of concentration: Algebra 1 & 2, Geometry, Physics, Biology, Micro Biology, Chemistry, Chemistry 2

Rami is Lebanese-American and has lived in Texas for 8 years now. He is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Zoology. Rami is also bilingual, speaking both English and Arabic fluently.
He has privately tutored classmates and peers for 6 years throughout his academic career. Rami believes in building a healthy environment for people to learn and encourages critical thinking, while encouraging efficient study habits outside of tutoring. Teaching is a strong passion of Rami’s that he hopes to pursue professionally later in his career.
Rami’s hobbies include playing and watching soccer, pickle ball, video games, watching movies, and football.

Jorge Guevara
Areas of concentration: Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Spanish.

Jorge received his Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. He has been tutoring for
​over 20 years, helping students in Math and Spanish.
As a native Spanish speaker, he is especially prepared to guide students in ESL, as well as writing and speaking in Spanish.​
He spends his spare time with his wife and children, playing guitar, and DIY projects.
He loves helping students turn struggles into smiles, gain confidence, and encouraging learning.

Matt Considine

Areas of concentration: All elementary subjects, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I & II, Physics, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, SAT and ACT prep.
Matthew was born and raised in Jacksonville and St. Augustine, where he attended St. Joseph Academy. While there, Matthew played multiple sports and was the captain and quarterback for the football team. He helped the Flashes achieve their first undefeated season in school history, graduating with a 17-2 record as a starter and as salutatorian of his class with a 4.64 gpa. Matthew received the St. John’s Country STAR award and was named to Times Union’s 2017 Top 10 list of scholar-athletes. He also loved volunteering for Camp I Am Special, a week-long, overnight summer camp for people with mental and/or physical disabilities.
Matthew then attended Wake Forest University where he played college football while pursuing his interest in orthopedics. He was named to the 2018 ACC Academic Honor Roll before transferring to the College of the Holy Cross where he graduated receiving his Bachelor’s in Philosophy while on the pre-med track.
Since then, Matthew has been privately training QBs and has been a positional coach, coaching RBs at ECSU. He feels his experience teaching football translates directly to tutoring academics and is excited to help students learn. He understands that the key to mentoring any student is patience with the understanding that every student learns in their own unique way.
In his free time, he likes to exercise, watch movies/TV, go to the beach or boating, golf, play video games, and try new cooking recipes.
CJ Woods
Areas of concentration: Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry Physics 1, Calculus 1.

C.J. was born in Jacksonville but currently lives in Gainesville while he's continuing my education. He graduated from Santa Fe College with an Associate of Arts in physics and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in physics and a Masters degree in Material Science at the University of Florida with plans to attend law school.
CJ has always enjoyed helping both classmates and students develop methods for solving problems; particularly, methods that encourage a holistic and conceptual understanding of the situation that do not require hours of memorization. Rather than answering questions with “that’s just how it works,” he hopes to encourage curiosity and cultivate a true love for learning.
Outside of education and tutoring, he enjoys volunteering and participating in local events. In his free time he likes to spend time with family, read books, watch tv, and take trips to the park or beach with his dog.

LaToya Williams

Areas of concentration: Algebra 1 and 2, Pre-Calculus, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, English, Reading Comprehension.

LaToya is a native of South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Polymer & Textile Chemistry from Clemson University. She also holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration. LaToya is a former 8th grade science teacher and is currently an English Teacher.

In her spare time; she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and running 5ks across the country.
Steve Ruddell
Areas of concentration: Elementry and Middle School Math, Algebra 1, Spanish.

​Stephen Ruddell-Lopez is a highly accomplished business professional, fully bilingual in English and Spanish; who has lived, studied and worked in over 8 countries. He has a diverse educational background and extensive experience in International Business Development, Entrepreneurship, and Teaching. He holds a Business Administration & International Relations degree from Lake Forest College, IL, an MBA from IE University in Madrid-Spain, an MS from the University of Chile and currently working on his MPA at UNF.
